Problem

In 2021, only 24% of sales reps exceeded their quota, and “81% of sales and marketing teams don’t…review and correct their sales processes,” which means reps often don’t receive the feedback or support to help them hit their sales targets. Companies are willing to spend a significant amount of time and money to train their sales teams, an average of $2,020 on training and an average of ~$4,600 on sales technology per rep each year, but reps are often inundated by the number of tools, data, and metrics that don’t help them hit their quota. Sellers who feel overwhelmed by the technology provided to them are “43% less likely to meet quota than non-overwhelmed sellers.” 

However, reps don’t have the bandwidth to understand the new tools that only increase the complexity of the sales process.  Based on the industry experience of the Stratix founding team, revenue operations teams are tasked with using data to help sales teams succeed, while sales reps don’t have the bandwidth to understand or implement the solution into their workflow.


Solution

STRATIX is a solution that simplifies the sales process for reps. STRATIX provides high-level sales funnel information to help reps understand how they are performing on activities, pipeline maintenance, and revenue attainment, as well as utilizing AI to identify weaknesses in the sales process, recommendations on next steps, and metrics to improve. Our product allows sales reps to see at a glance how they are performing, as well as what to do next to continue to achieve success.
